Dear KHS Families,

Next week begins our end of course state testing. All sophomores will take their end of course test in English 10 on Tuesday and Wednesday morning from 7:30 - 9:50 am. It is important for students to take their time and give their best effort on this particular test, as it is directly tied to graduation. We will also run specific AP Bootcamps (study sessions) during testing next week. All other students can arrive at 9:50 am for first period. The adjusted schedule, along with logistical details, can be found below.

As you may have noticed, cell phone use in schools has become a hot topic recently. As we prepare to craft school policy regarding cell phone use for next year, I’d like to collect your feedback. Below is a link to a short survey regarding student cell phone usage in schools. Please consider taking a moment to fill this out, as your perspective is valuable to me. I will be administering similar surveys to staff and students. Please know that the student survey will be optional.
